Registration Information

Please Note: Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis provided the information is complete and payment is submitted. The online registration is for credit card payments only. If you do not wish to register online, you can complete the CMS Registration Form PDF and mail or fax it to the AMA office. All Institutional Member multiple registrations must be received at the same time with payment in order to qualify for rate.

Refunds: Registrants may cancel up to seven working days prior to a course and receive a refund less a 25% administration fee.

  • Certificate in Museum Studies Program Application
