About
Collections are at the heart of a museum. Participants will learn about the policies, practices, and skills needed to manage museum collections. This course moves from broad concerns relating to public trust, cultural diversity, and planning through to issues in the areas of acquisitions, records management, and loans.
This course is is offered in-person.
All participants are registered on a first-come, first-served basis when course registration opens. Spaces are limited, so register early!
To obtain credit for the Certificate in Museum Studies, all participants will need to register in the Program and pay all applicable fees associated with the Program application and textbook costs.
