COVID-19 Impacts and Support for Alberta Museum Community Members 

The AMA Secretariat and Board of Directors are working diligently to ensure the museum sector has the resources needed to weather the mandated closure we are currently experiencing.
We are working to collect information about the impacts felt by individuals in the museum sector in order to provide support and better advocate for our community as a whole. We recognize that many members of the museum community have lost their employment, either temporarily or permanently, and we want to ensure your needs are captured adequately alongside those of our institutions.
This survey is open to all those who work within the Alberta museum sector, including museum staff, volunteers, student interns, contractors, and self-employed individuals. We hope that you will provide us with feedback so that we can better advocate on behalf of our community for the supports that you need as the museum sector continues to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.
