Grants Program Submission Process

As of July 2019, all submissions for the AMA Grants Program will be made online through the Members Only section of the AMA website.

Online forms for Grant Applications, including Draft Review, and Grant Evaluation Reports can be found under the "Grants Program" button in the Members Only section. All questions are to be filled in using the online form, with all supporting documents to be uploaded as attachments at the end of the form. Under each grant type, you will find the Application and Evaluation questions for reference in separate PDF documents, as well as PDF forms for the supporting documents to be uploaded with your submission.

Please note that submissions will no longer be accepted by email.

Once your Grant Application, Draft Review, or Grant Evaluation Report has been submitted, the Grants Program Lead will review your submission, contact you with any follow-up questions, and communicate to you the status of your grant.
